Clean Room

Our class 100 clean room is designed to generate clean conditions for the analysis of ultra low concentrations of trace metals. This room is divided into three sections. The first section is used to change into clean room clothes to prevent contamination of our clean room. The second section room is used for sample preparation. The third room is for our analytical work. It contains a Tekran Model 2600 mercury analyzer and a Perkin-Elmer Ion Coupled Mass Spectrometer.
